The shipping schedule is as follows:
For shipments received on Monday before 12 pm, the cargo will be loaded onto the ship on Tuesday and will arrive on Wednesday.
For shipments received on Wednesday before 12 pm, the cargo will be loaded onto the ship on Thursday and will arrive on Friday.
For shipments received on Friday before 12 pm, the cargo will be loaded onto the ship on Sunday and will arrive on Monday.
Please note that customs clearance is completed by 4 pm each day. Items arrive to our store after 12pm.

The ocean freight charge for a Full Container Load (FCL) of cargo is typically based on the size and type of the container. The LCL consignment is charged according to its weight or volume, whichever is higher.

Please note that we no longer provide coverage for electronics, as we are unable to determine the source of any damage to the cargo occurred, However, we do offer an ordering service for customers, which incurs a 15% processing fee for shipping electronics safely with our company.
